offices and resident common area. Attached an image of the color poster.
Posters can be picked up at the Tippecanoe County
Prosecutor's Office, Fourth Floor of the Tippecanoe County
Courthouse at the reception desk. There is a limited supply, so please
see Joy Loser or Sandy Curry to pick up your signs at your earliest
convenience.

John Pfleeger Re-Elected President of the Tippecanoe Apartment
Association

John Pfleeger, President of Mirus Property Management Group was
re-elected President of the Tippecanoe Apartment Association (TAA) for
2009. The purpose of the TAA is to uphold the dignity of the
property management profession, disseminate useful business information
among its members; and to foster a spirit of cooperation among its
members to cultivate higher standards of practice and business ethics.
Elected Officers: Pat Chapman, Vice President (Campus Apartments); Anita
Lowery, Treasurer (Cribs Property Management); Monica O’Neil, Secretary
(O'Neil Property Management).
Elected Board Members: Victor Cole (Village Square Apartments); Joseph
Gutwein (Journal and Courier); Natalie King-Earley (Apartment Guide);
Ruedell Oakes (Village Square Apartments); Kelly Sell (WH Long Rentals);
